small comment:
page 4, Number of incoming donations
Donations per country:

here is Sweden, on 9th place with 2,1 % which is a lot.
This information tells a lot about opinion of ppl in Sweden, opinion about accusations...

Very interesting document! However, there is a little error in section 2.1. Infrastructure, the figures aren't correct: they should be 59'044.06 instead of 59'5925.46 . Otherwise, it's a really clean and clear document. And indeed, it shows the mentality in countries like the Netherlands and Sweden.
