Russian secret base with nuclear weapons detected near Ukrainian border

‘Ukraine’s cyber troops’ discovered a Russian base with nuclear weapons, located close to the state border. This is a Russian military base, designed to store and serve the nuclear weaponry. I found it yet in June and reported this to a source of mine in the Armed Forces. In July, I told this to another friend of mine who works for the army, so that he could pass this information via his own channels. Thus, the military leadership – the Defense Ministry, the army’s General Staff – should be well aware about this base’s location’. Yevhen Dokukin, the founder of NGO ‘Ukraine’s cyber troops’, reported this at Facebook on Monday.

According to him, the relevant public date about this classified object was handed over to the army leadership.

During recent drills in Crimea, Russian military practiced supplying nuclear ammunition to peninsula, - Ukraine’s intelligence
There’s no confirmed data if Russia actually brought nuclear warheads to Crimea, the service’s deputy head says

marv.livejournal.com

Ukrainian military intelligence reports that several months ago in Crimea, Russian troops conducted military drills, during which they imitated moving nuclear ammunition to the peninsula. As is known, in late May this year, the Russian military deployed in Crimea missile launchers, airplanes and naval vessels that can launch nuclear missiles.

‘Since spring 2014, there has been no confirmed data on supplying nuclear ammunition onto the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. However, the drills that took place in Crimea since early 2016, especially the exercises conducted in May and April, reportedly included such practice, as the troops imitated the mechanism of supplying the nuclear ammunition to Crimea’, said Vadym Skibitsky, Deputy Head of the Chief Intelligence Department.

As 112 International reported, Russia is likely to deploy advanced nuclear-capable missiles in its European exclave of Kaliningrad by 2019, thus adding more fuel to the fire in relations with the West.

that smells like a justification to invade more parts of Ukraine´s Territory like the Russians did with Crimea in the past.
(As Crimea Invasion started many have been blinded by the Russian Snowden Operation in 2014.)

Russian Build-Up In and Around Ukraine: August 12, 2016

Key Takeaway: An ongoing Russian military build-up on Ukraine’s borders may indicate preparations for conventional military conflict. It certainly marks a dramatic escalation of tensions that will have significant repercussions in Ukraine. Russia has deployed additional military forces and systems to Ukraine’s northern, eastern, and southern borders. Russian military activity around Ukraine has increased since May 2016 when Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced the creation of three new divisions in the Western and Southern Military Districts. The current crisis escalated following August 8th when Russia accused Ukrainian special-forces of attempting to infiltrate Crimea on August 7th. Russia has used the allegation to engage in a rapid military buildup on the peninsula and in the separatist regions of Donbas. In a five-day period August 7-12th, Russia has deployed additional naval and air units, ground forces and military hardware, as well as the S-400 air defense system on August 12th. Russia also conducted provocative exercises in Transnistria on Ukraine’s western border. These new deployments constitute a significant expansion of Russia’s force projection capabilities and may signal preparations for a large-scale military conflict. Russia’s current force posture allows it to threaten or conduct military operations into Ukraine from multiple directions, increasing Ukraine’s vulnerability to Russian or Russia-backed separatist forces. It thereby compels the Ukrainian military to divide its own forces to address multiple threats. It has also predictably triggered Ukrainian military alerts and mobilizations, which will tax Ukraine’s finances and military capabilities and may also further weaken Ukraine’s fragile political situation.

Russia Building New Underground Nuclear Command Posts
U.S. intelligence detects dozens of hardened bunkers for leaders

Russia is building large numbers of underground nuclear command bunkers in the latest sign Moscow is moving ahead with a major strategic forces modernization program.
U.S. intelligence officials said construction has been underway for several years on “dozens” of underground bunkers in Moscow and around the country.
Disclosure of the underground command bunkers comes as Army Gen. Curtis Scaparrotti, commander of U.S. European Command, warned recently that Russia has adopted a nuclear use doctrine he called “alarming.”
“It is clear that Russia is modernizing its strategic forces,” Scaparrotti told a conference sponsored by the U.S. Strategic Command.
