Cape Town, Join Greenpeace this Saturday and take a stand for a nuclear-free South Africa

Saturday, November 10, 2012
10:00am in UTC+02

Parliament, Corner Roeland and Plein Streets, Cape Town

On Saturday 10 November, we’ll be gathering outside parliament in Cape Town to show our support for a nuclear-free South Africa.

And we want you there with us!

The South African government's nuclear build programme is a threat to our democratic, political, social and economic rights.

Join us in demanding a just transition towards renewable energy, and call on government to:

• stop its nuclear plans which threaten present and future generations
• provide public scrutiny of the proposed costs of the nuclear programme
• open the debate on nuclear expansion to all South Africans

Please join us for a nuclear-free future!

WHEN: Saturday 10 Nov 2012 // 10 - 11 AM
WHERE: Parliament, Corner Roeland and Plein Streets, Cape Town
