potential new means of transfer of funds

To whom it may concern,
I recently saw a facebook post urging people to contact an organisation regarding the transaction blockade created by BOA, VIA MC etc, and rememebered reading this article as per below. Im not sure if it will be useful but if it can be, hopefully someone in the wikileaks organisation can decipher how. Basically as i read it, it allows for direct online transactions, totally bypassing the need for credit cards, eftpos etc. Could be promising. All the same guys, good luck - love your work.
