So what is my purpose here on earth
If not to find my connection to Source?
This body I wear hides my identity well
So well, that I have forgotten my cause.
A biological computer to interface with earth
A dimensional glove that my Spirit wears
Animating with life my mortal garb
In this virtual reality of mundane affairs
But my yearning for Source cannot be ignored
Though I fill it with possessions, amusement and food
But none fill the void, the loss that I bare
The Connection once mine, now a grief stricken mood
But the feeling of life that I feel deep inside
Reminds me ‘er faintly of the bliss I once knew
When Creator and creation were one and the same
Connection Eternal, before this sad game
So I stay tuned within, to the life force I feel
It leads me and guides me along my path home
Though the path leads me through the things I fear most
Source returns with me and I’m never alone
