Russia will build three new plants to produce air-defense and missile defense systems for its Aerospace Defense troops, the country’s Deputy Premier Dmitry Rogozin announced on Saturday

He added that the project has been discussed with  Russia’s Almaz-Antey concern.

Rogozin also said that a plant for manufacturing brand new sniper weapon systems has been opened in Moscow and is currently the best in Europe.
